Who We Help

Individual/Adult Counseling (ages 18+)

Individual Counseling is a collaborative process between client and therapist. Our goal is to listen to your concerns and establish goals to remediate those concerns. We use therapeutic techniques to help you achieve the goals that are important to you and help you develop the tools necessary to achieve a more fulfilling life.

Presenting concerns include, but are not limited to, the following: grief and loss, depression, transition issues, employment concerns, family concerns, stress, anxiety, etc.

Child Counseling (ages 7-18)

Our child counseling program is committed to providing children and their parents with education, support, and counseling needed as they deal with issues specific to the family.

Some of the concerns addressed may include, but are not limited to, behavioral difficulties, attention problems, Asperger's syndrome and school related problems, depression, anxiety, divorce recovery, adjustment issues and social skills.

We address this process through play and experience-based therapies in individual, family and group formats.
