Intake Process
Edmond Family Counseling provides quality professional counseling for eligible adults, couples, families, and children (ages 7-17) on a sliding scale. We do not accept insurance.
We do not want financial constraint to be a barrier to the services you need.
Proof of income (past year’s federal tax return), an IEP transmittal letter (if applicable), or proof of state custody is required. All individuals over the age of 12, involved in the counseling process must be present at the intake appointment. Any individual under the age of 18 in the State of Oklahoma, a custodial parent or legal guardian must be present at the intake appointment.
We want to care for your family’s needs in the most effective and efficient way possible. These steps help ensure we can provide quality care.
Fees and Forms
We require a $25 non-refundable intake fee. You must complete the intake form and proof of income information. Failure to complete those forms will result in your appointment being placed on hold.
